Your Mission

As a Junior Airworthiness Support Staff, your goal is to support our airworthiness team in maintaining the airworthiness of our fleet. You will act as a communication hub between maintenance suppliers, operations, manufacturers, and authorities, ensuring seamless coordination.

Your Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the maintenance programs for our fleet.
Track and analyze technical publications impacting customized maintenance programs.
Conduct initial assessments of Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and Airworthiness Directives.
Inspect and report on the cosmetic condition of aircraft interiors and exteriors.
Monitor the reliability of the fleet and create reliability reports.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree (or graduating in 2025) in Aviation, Electronics, or Electromechanics (or equivalent experience).
Passion for aviation – demonstrated through studies, experience, or a deep personal interest.
Strong team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under pressure.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
