Your Mission

As a Junior Airworthiness Support Staff, your goal is to support our airworthiness team in maintaining the airworthiness of our fleet. You will act as a communication hub between maintenance suppliers, operations, manufacturers, and authorities, ensuring seamless coordination.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the maintenance programs for our fleet.
  • Track and analyze technical publications impacting customized maintenance programs.
  • Conduct initial assessments of Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and Airworthiness Directives.
  • Inspect and report on the cosmetic condition of aircraft interiors and exteriors.
  • Monitor the reliability of the fleet and create reliability reports.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (or graduating in 2025) in Aviation, Electronics, or Electromechanics (or equivalent experience).
  • Passion for aviation – demonstrated through studies, experience, or a deep personal interest.
  • Strong team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
