AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE & RELIABILITY PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

FLYINGGROUP, a rapidly growing business jet operator in Europe, is looking to fill in the vacancy of a Maintenance & Reliability Program Administrator in our offices in Belgium, France or Luxembourg.

Your goal

The goal of the Aircraft Maintenance & Reliability Program Administrator is to make sure, together with the team, that all aircraft of the FLYINGGROUP fleet are always maintained in an airworthy condition and to act as a communication point between all concerned parties (maintenance suppliers, operations, manufactures, authorities).

Your tasks

You will work in a continuing airworthiness environment on new, high value business jets. As part of the airworthiness department, you will be a member of a team that offers high quality work in accordance with EASA regulations.

You are responsible for:

  • Creating and revising the Aircraft Maintenance Program
  • Integrating created/revised AMP’s into CAMP (computer monitoring system)
  • Assessing and assigning AD’s and SB’s on the entire fleet
  • Monitoring fleet reliability
  • Monitoring fleet ECTM (incl oil consumption)
  • Coordinating with CAMP of improvements required to facilitate our operation
  • Assessing of and assisting to any a/c modification requested by our customers (full or partial cabin refurbishment, STC’s, …)
  • Assisting and following up on structural damages on our fleet
  • Assisting the team for the follow-up of large base maintenance projects

Your profile

  • You hold at least a Bachelor in aviation/electronics/electro-mechanics or equal by experience
  • You have necessary documents to live and work legally in Belgium, France or Luxembourg
  • You are motivated to work in an aviation environment
  • You are a strong team player
  • You are well organized and stress resistant
  • You are flexible regarding working hours
  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
  • You have an excellent computer knowledge: Word, Excel and Access
  • You are willing to spend short periods abroad
