Working within an EASA PART-145 organization, you’ll take ownership of maintenance activities and lead projects that keep our aircraft flying safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform line and base maintenance in full compliance with PART-145 regulations
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance projects on high-value business jets
  • Supervise and assess tasks performed by unlicensed mechanics
  • Ensure correct procedures and manuals are applied during maintenance
  • Verify that all tasks are properly executed and documented according to PART-145 standards

  • Mentor and coach apprentices, sharing your expertise

What We’re Looking For

  • EASA PART-66 AML B1 license without limitations and at least one active type rating

  • Type ratings for Dassault Falcon, Cessna Citation, Pilatus PC-24, or Bombardier Global are a big plus
  • Passion for aviation and commitment to excellence
  • Strong team player with great organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to shift work (between 06:00 and 22:00)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
  • Eligible to live and work in Belgium (FLYINGGROUP does not provide relocation assistance)

What We Offer

  • Permanent full-time contract with competitive benefits
  • A stimulating work environment with state-of-the-art aircraft
  • Opportunities for continuous training and career development
  • Be part of a fast-growing company where your expertise truly matters
