Your Mission

As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the daily management of the Maintenance Organization, reporting to the CTO and Accountable Manager. You will ensure all maintenance operations comply with the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and approved procedures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure satisfactory completion and certification of all work required by contracted operators/customers in accordance with the work specification.
  • Update and amend the MOE as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.
  • Maintain competency of maintenance personnel and oversee training programs.
  • Assess and manage external suppliers and services.
  • Address compliance deficiencies and uphold safety policies.
  • Ensure availability of tools, equipment, materials, and maintenance data.
  • Oversee work planning, supervision, and certification processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards for aircraft, hangars, and workshops.
  • Develop compliance, safety awareness, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and investment planning.
  • Manage department resources across all locations.
  • Coordinate maintenance operations with clients and internal teams.

Your profile

  • 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.
  • Relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education acceptable to the competent authority.
  • Knowledge of a relevant sample of the type(s) of aircraft gained through a formalized training course (at least at a level equivalent to Part-66 Appendix III Level 1 General Familiarization).
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of Compliance Management Systems, including Audit Principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Human Factors principles.
  • Knowledge of Safety Management Systems based on EU management system requirements and ICAO Annex 19.
  • Good knowledge of maintenance methods and their application in the organization.
  • Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.

FLYINGGROUP, a rapidly growing business jet operator in Europe, is looking to fill in the vacancy of an Airworthiness Executive in our offices in Belgium, France or Luxembourg.

Your goal

The goal of the Airworthiness Executive is to make sure, together with the team, that all aircraft of the FlyingGroup fleet are maintained in an airworthy condition at all times and to act as a communication point between all concerned parties (maintenance suppliers, operations, manufactures, authorities).

Your tasks

You will work in a continuing airworthiness environment on new, high value business jets. As part of the airworthiness department, you will be a member of a team that offers high quality work in accordance with EASA regulations.

You are responsible for:

  • Follow-up of the maintenance program of a part of the Flying Service aircraft fleet; Preparing the maintenance planning for the scheduled maintenance; Follow-up and coordination of unscheduled maintenance
  • Communication to and from the manufacturer with regards to modifications
  • Technical follow-up for defect rectification, line and base maintenance
  • To ensure that all maintenance is done in accordance with the approved maintenance program
  • To ensure that any operational directives, airworthiness directives and any other continued airworthiness requirement made mandatory by the national civil aviation authority and/or EASA are accomplished
  • To ensure accomplishment of modifications in accordance with an approved standard

Your profile

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor aviation/electronics/electro-mechanics or equal by experience

You will be joining our OCC Flight Care Department who always strives to make the most informed decisions and provide top-quality service to our clients, making our company stand out from the rest.

Your duties and responsibilities

The planning and preparation of all FLYINGGROUP’s flights, including VIP catering arrangements, Customer transportation, keep PAX details and formalities up to date and perform detailed feasibility checks, take appropriate action to tackle any irregularity. You provide good support to the Senior Flight Care Agent in completing other tasks as assigned.

Your profile

The Flight Care Agent is highly Customer minded and pays full attention to the particulars of each Customer.

Good communication skills, meaning a good (spoken and written) knowledge of Dutch, French and English.

Your tasks

You will perform line and base maintenance in an EASA PART 145 organization on new, high-value business jets.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Perform Maintenance Tasks in compliance with PART-145 regulations
  • Lead maintenance projects for both line and base maintenance
  • Assess the tasks performed by Unlicensed Mechanics
  • Verify correct procedures and manuals have been used to perform the maintenance tasks
  • Verify tasks have been performed and recorded correctly according to PART-145 regulations
  • Identify and communicate weaknesses in safety and security
  • Train and coach apprentices

Your profile

  • Holder of EASA PART 66 AML B1 without limitations and with at least one active type rating
  • Candidates with both B1 and B2 qualifications are preferred
  • Type ratings for Dassault Falcon, Cessna Citation, Pilatus PC-24 or Bombardier Global are a big plus
