The Junior Flight Care Agent is a member of the Operational Control Centre Team. The main OCC activities are the planning and preparation of FLYINGGROUP’s flights. The OCC supports our global operations and our business is rapidly growing. We are expanding our worldwide activity and are looking for Junior Flight Care Agents.
You will be joining our OCC Flight Care Department who always strives to make the most informed decisions and provide top-quality service to our clients, making our company stand out from the rest.
The planning and preparation of all FLYINGGROUP’s flights, including VIP catering arrangements, Customer transportation, keep PAX details and formalities up to date and perform detailed feasibility checks, take appropriate action to tackle any irregularity. You provide good support to the Senior Flight Care Agent in completing other tasks as assigned.
The Flight Care Agent is highly Customer minded and pays full attention to the particulars of each Customer.
Good communication skills, meaning a good (spoken and written) knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
You are well organized, stress-resistant, and able to multitask while maintaining a calm composure and work with continuously changing flight schedules.
You are highly self-motivated with a proactive approach and like to work in a team.
You have good geographical knowledge.
You have good computer knowledge: Word, Excel.
Experience in aviation is a must, experience in business aviation is a plus
Have a good base of aviation terminology and IATA and ICAO codes.
You are flexible, willing to work in shifts and during weekends.
Local resident is preferable.
We offer a full-time position with a salary matching your qualifications. The work schedule is flexible in shifts and will include weekend shifts. Training “in-house”.
