One such example is the innovative eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft developed by Vertical Aerospace, designed to transform short-distance regional mobility and urban air transport. Recognizing the potential of this technology, FLYINGGROUP has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Vertical Aerospace for 25 + 25 aircraft, reaffirming our commitment to exploring next-generation sustainable air mobility solutions.
Furthermore, hydrogen-based propulsion is gaining attention as a potential long-term solution for reducing aviation’s environmental impact. Although further technological development and infrastructure investment are needed, hydrogen offers significant potential to support the industry’s transition to lower-emission operations. In the nearer term, hybrid-electric aircraft are expected to be among the first sustainable aviation technologies to reach widespread commercial application.
